Evinston Plein Air Paintout

We were lucky enough to host the participating artists for the Evinston Plein Air Paintout last week. During the day, they painted in various locations around our property as well as at the Matheson Museum. Our chef made them a refreshing salad for lunch. Later that evening, we provided a wine and hors d'oeuvres reception as a show and tell for the participants.

Easter Brunch

We are so eggcited about how wonderful our Easter brunch turned out. I can attest as a guest myself, the food was absolutely scrumptious. From Joe's delicate poached eggs to the juicy fresh carved roast beff, everything was flawless. We had a great turn out, and truly enjoyed hosting all of the lovely families and friends that celebrated with us. If you missed this one, keep an eye out for the next on Mother's Day!

Come and smell the flowers!

Spring is in full effect, and we're loving it! Not only is the weather beautiful, but the landscape is too. We are so proud of the work our lovely gardener/inkeeper Rachel has done. Walking through the garden right now is simply sublime. Petunias, pansies, and snapdragons galore--you're completely surrounded by blooms! And we can't wait for our amarillas to pop!!!
